Image Analysis with ArcGIS

Learn best practices and workflows to enhance visualization and extract meaningful information from satellite imagery, LiDAR and other remotely sensed data. This course covers dynamic raster processing options available in ArcGIS and takes you on an in-depth exploration of image classification. You will use three classification methods to categorize land cover features and learn how to determine which method is appropriate for a given project and dataset.
ArcGIS Pro: Essential Workflows

Extend your foundational GIS knowledge, get comfortable with the ArcGIS Pro application and explore some of the most common GIS workflows. This course introduces techniques and best practices to map, manage, analyze and share data and other GIS resources. Hands-on exercises will give you the experience needed to efficiently work with ArcGIS Pro.
About the Author
Anneliese Sanghara is a Marketing Communications Intern with Esri Canada. As part of this role, she reviews and develops content for the company’s various marketing channels and provides support for several communications programs. Along with her Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, Anneliese attained a Master of Professional Communication from Ryerson University. Her many teachers and mentors sparked her passion for strategy, writing and design.
