What’s new with the Esri Support App – Canada

In July 2020, we released the Esri Support App – Canada to help users get expert assistance and convenient answers from their mobile devices. Today, we’re delighted to share the improvements and new functionality included in the latest update to the App, which will elevate your experience with Esri Canada Support.

Better case visibility

Follow your cases more efficiently by leveraging your case’s Activity Log.

The Activity Log displays:

  • emails sent by your analyst
  • summaries of your telephone interactions
  • testing and research notes

Better bug visibility

Has a bug or enhancement become a showstopper for your organization? Now, you can escalate a bug or enhancement using the Esri Support App – Canada.

Keep tabs on the bugs and enhancements associated with your case by subscribing to be notified of updates.

Create and manage system profiles

Tired of having to confirm the specifics of your products and environment when you log a case? Now, you can create and manage system profiles to streamline case submissions, helping your analyst hit the ground running.

You can now manage system profiles within the Esri Support App – Canada, saving you time you might otherwise spend confirming the specifics of your product and environment.

Submit cases for a colleague

Need to submit a case on behalf of a colleague? No problem. The Esri Support App – Canada now allows you to log cases for authorized contacts within your organization.

Improved profile page

In addition to viewing your contact information, you can also easily view your My Esri permissions from your mobile device, as well as request permission to connect to new organizations.

The updated Esri Support App – Canada app is available now in the App Store and on Google Play in both English and French.
