Webinars

Building Safe Communities with ArcGIS
September 13, 1-2pm (ET)
Building Safe Communities requires that people, technology and processes work together in a coordinated and collaborative way. Esri’s geospatial technology empowers organizations to achieve situational awareness by sharing dynamic data, maps and apps using a web GIS platform. Web maps provide an intuitive way to understand complex situations and quickly share information both internally and with partner agencies. This webinar will use live demonstrations to introduce the key initial operating capabilities to support Operations Centres that help keep your community safe.

Getting Started with Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS (Developer Edition)
September 29, 1-2pm (ET)
Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS (Developer Edition) allows you to build powerful GIS apps that run on desktops, tablets and smartphones. This webinar will begin with how to install and run Web AppBuilder. We will then discuss the fundamentals of customization and demonstrate how to easily add custom widgets and themes. You will also learn how to deploy an application created by Web AppBuilder to your own web server and then make it a web app template for use in ArcGIS Online or Portal for ArcGIS.
