Thank you!
Persistent gaps in access to prevention, testing, and care continue to drive inequities in public health outcomes across Canada, particularly for communities facing HIV and syphilis. Public health teams are increasingly using geographic information systems (GIS) to pinpoint gaps in services and design more effective, equity-focused interventions. In this webinar, Esri Canada will showcase a sampling of GIS applications built by health teams to address health inequity across Canada. REACH Nexus will demonstrate how their new GIS tools and interactive dashboards are used to help connect priority populations to sexually transmitted and blood-borne infection (STBBI) services. With geospatial technology, GIS enabled surveys, and mapping tools, REACH Nexus will demonstrate how they identify underserved areas, reach priority populations, coordinate with national partners, and track the real-time impact of targeted outreach.
