Overlay images and maps using Media Layers in ArcGIS Online

Media Layers are a new kind of layer in ArcGIS Online that allow users to quickly overlay scanned paper maps or images onto new or existing web maps. Learn how to use the new Add media layer workflow available in the Map Viewer to get a good match between your images and modern layers online.
