Jennifer DiCesare is a Senior Solutions Support Consultant at Esri Canada. She has worked with various aspects of the ArcGIS platform and primarily supports partner technologies such as Cityworks. Learning how organizations use the technology and its importance in their day-to-day operations has been the most rewarding part of her career. Her passion started with GIS as simply a piece of really exciting technology, but has developed into assisting organizations with finding solutions to their business needs using GIS.
