Julia Schertzer is the User Research Analyst for Ratio.City, a division of Esri Canada. She is passionate about connecting human stories to the challenges facing cities today. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Systems Geography and GIS from McGill University, as well as a certificate in UX Design from Emily Carr University of Art and Design. When not working, Julia can be found hiking with her dog or trying a new recipe.
