Part 3: Strategic Tools—In the last section, we review management tools and frameworks that will help you develop your geospatial strategy. We look at a convenient one-page strategy canvas for distilling your strategy into its essential components. We review a geospatial solution canvas to help you go from a business problem to a geospatial solution. We guide you through reviewing a geospatial strategy and communicating its business value. We also look at strategic alignment and how to ensure that your geospatial strategy aligns with the rest of your organization. We hope this e-book provides valuable insights and tools for building and growing your geospatial program. As we intended with Volume 1, the purpose of Volume 2 is to educate and inspire.
