This retailer wanted to find its best growth opportunities without stealing business from its other locations. Environics Analytics overlaid trade areas for all its regional stores and highlighted PRIZM5 target segments according to how much they typically spend at this retailer, and the types of products and services they use, based on historical customer data. To zero in on the target market, they narrowed the boundaries within overlapping areas to establish the most likely customers visiting the retailer’s target location.
