2041 Regional Transportation Plan Network Map

This wall poster was developed for the new Metrolinx CEO. The main map illustrates transit routes from the 2041 Regional Transportation Plan for the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. The transit network symbology uses dashing to show route status and colours to show route types. The map also shows important planning context layers such as labelled roads, growth centres and the Greenbelt area. Design of this map engaged dozens of diverse planning and development team members in a collaborative process.
