Assessment Analyst | Esri Canada 6 The Assessment Analyst - DTR GeoSketch extension is a spatial geometry editing environment that is tightly integrated with the Assessment Analyst - DTR system. In GeoSketch, georeferenced building sketches provide immediate value in terms of visualization and validation in a spatial context. Data may be used for advanced geographic analysis and change detection over time without costly data conversion efforts. Integrating GIS, imagery visualization and sketch technologies into a complete solution allows the appraiser to resolve most data discrepancies at their workstation. As an integrated part of the Assessment Analyst - DTR desktop review, GeoSketch further streamlines operations and increases reappraisal productivity and accuracy. Assessment Analyst - DTR Extensions While the majority of assessments can now be performed at the desktop with Assessment Analyst - DTR, obstructions such as landscape or partial views can result in the need for on-site review. Assessment Analyst - DTR Mobile enables in-the-field data collection, replacing paper-based forms. This automates the process, allowing all data collected in the field to be entered directly into the database. As a result, the collection and input process happens quickly and data is more consistent. Maps, imagery and workflows can all be integrated into the mobile device for more precise data collection.
