Description Instructor-led online (ILO) classroom training leverages the Internet, web conferencing software and a telephone to deliver real-time, online courses. With online classroom courses, you'll experience the convenience of course delivery from your own office or home, while an Esri Canada certified instructor delivers course material to you live – helping you with questions and providing guidance throughout the class via telephone or typed messages. ILO follows the same course format as traditional in-class training and includes the ability for students to discuss work situations and engage in group activities. All students receive a certificate of completion at the end of the course. Benefits • Access to instructor-led training without the travel time and costs • Hands-on practice with the latest Esri software. All Esri software is hosted remotely, and the instructor can shadow your computer if you need assistance • Interaction with the instructor and fellow students. Ask questions, get answers, and participate in polls and group activities • Individual instructor or mentor assistance through discrete sidebar chatting • Downloadable course materials, exercise data and a course certificate of completion What You Need to Attend • An Internet connection • A telephone or computer headset • The student workbook (available by download) Software Requirements Students are not required to have ArcGIS software installed on their local machine. Any software required for the course will be provided through a virtual lab environment for the duration of the course. Instructor-Led Online Classroom Training TRAINING
