• Site address points should not coincide with any boundaries.
• Site addresses points cannot include negative numbers, and they
should not include zero.
• Site Address Points must fall within their corresponding road's address
range values. For a road centreline's address range, using zero (i.e., 0–10
Main Street) is a valid value for its range, but the zero value should not
be assigned to a site address point for a building or a parcel within that
range.
