Property Sketch Verification Looking to detect and correct data errors relating to physical attributes? • Georeferencing helps ensure accurate property orientation to identify measurement errors and data discrepancies such as view obstruction • Aerial photography is used to identify property changes over time as a result of new construction and/or demolitions • Property sketch creation services convert professional sketch drawing scans to digital files, as well as 100% paper/CAD to GIS conversion Why Use: • Project summary reports help identify areas that require additional support. You have the option to review and make data corrections in-house or let Esri provide the services to clean up your data. • Thematic maps provide insight into the overall results based on these categories: major mismatch, match, minor mismatch, no building, obstructed view, supervisor review and unable to georeference • Professional Services supporting IAAO Standards for Mass Appraisal – 3.3.5 Alternative to Periodic On-site Inspections ® Benefits • Recognize the most impactful areas to improve the accuracy of property assessments • Identify and correct physical attributes to increase fairness and equity in valuation • Newly digitized sketches are delivered as geo-feature classes that can be shared with different departments • No minimum parcel requirements.
