Contributing Authors Esri Health and Human Services contributing team members: Este Geraghty, MD, MS, MPH, CPH, GISP is the Chief Medical Officer at Esri. As the former Deputy Director of the Center for Health Statistics and Informatics at the California Department of Public Health, she has broad experience in data management, transparency and exchange. Ken Blankinship is the Esri Health and Human Services Sales Manager and has been supporting state and local government needs for close to three decades. Jared Shoultz, M.A. is the Esri Health and Human Services Technical Lead with 20+ years' experience with health GIS and public health preparedness. Kymberli Fieux is an Account Executive on the Health and Human Services Team, and comes to Esri with a background in emergency management and public safety technology. Jhonatan Garrido Lecca, M.S. is a Solution Engineer for the Esri Health and Human Services team with a background in location analytics and data science. Mike Schoelen, M.A. is a Solution Engineer for the Esri Health and Human Services team with a background in defense integrated biosurveillance and enterprise GIS for alert and response operations. Christopher Thomas is the Director of Government Markets on the Industry Solutions team. He has 30 years of experience in state and local government. He has been with Esri for over 20 years focused on matching trends to GIS workflows. Shannon Valdizon is the State and Local Government Marketing Lead on the Esri Industry Solutions team.
