A GIS Ambassador supports
a K-12 teacher or school by
hosting or participating in a
GIS Day event, presenting
to a K-12 class on the use of
GIS in their field, providing
local data for K-12 students
to use, facilitating a hands-
on workshop for teachers,
or working on a community
project in conjunction with
K-12 student participation.
