Migrating to ArcGIS Pro

March 17, 2016

There are many reasons to begin working with ArcGIS Pro, Esri’s next generation desktop application for GIS professionals. But you don’t have to start from scratch. ArcGIS Pro provides you with a path to migrate your existing GIS work to projects. This Webinar will summarize best practices for transitioning your ArcMap documents to ArcGIS Pro through common migration workflows. First, we will create a new project that will house all of your resources. We will then import a map document into the project, highlighting important considerations during the process. Finally, we will show how your existing toolboxes, models, styles and scripts can be reused in ArcGIS Pro.
